The ballooning group has a large “dirty” thermal vacuum chamber for balloon payloads. pGAPS fitted perfectly and we had a full day of testing. The goal was to mimic the environment in terms of pressure and temperature to study the behavior of the experiment. All our components showed good performance and only the pressure vessel, which contains the TOF electronics and flight computer, needed improvements.
